System: How to run a progam as root while you're not root

                   Login as root. 
Type in chown root [filename] , chmod 755 [filename] and chmod +s [filename]. 
BE VERY CAREFULL WITH THIS FEATURE!!! WATCH OUT FOR SECURITY HAZZARDS
